About Me
I’m a lifelong soccer fan and new(ish) American, born and raised in México, and I’m passionate about using the power of soccer and democracy to make the world a better place. I’ve been recognized in the Sports Business Journal New Voices Under 30 list for my work as a soccer executive, I was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for my work in progressive politics and nonprofit management, and my work as an electoral organizer and climate advocate has been highlighted in the New York Times.
In the soccer world, I’ve worked as the Assistant General Manager & Chief Soccer Officer for Gotham FC, a data analyst for MLS and NWSL teams, an operations director for a Concacaf national team, a special assistant to two US Soccer presidents, and an advisor to investors in professional clubs. I also played for and captained the D1 varsity men’s soccer team at Harvard, where I earned a joint degree in philosophy and statistics. Currently, I serve as the elected Vice President of US Soccer, although everything I share here represents only my own views.
